A Look At The Bruins Possible New Top Line

Jim Montgomery may have given us a glimpse of what the Bruins' top line will look like during Wednesday's practice. Pavel Zacha took the center spot, flanked by Brad Marchand on the left and David Pastrnak on the right.

While Zacha mostly played on the wing last season, he did see some time at center and performed well when called upon. Notably, he and Pastrnak have developed some chemistry from playing together on the same line for much of the previous season. Additionally, Marchand and Pastrnak have a history of effective collaboration.

Although the regular season opener is still weeks away, it appears likely that this trio will kick off as the Bruins' top line. While Zacha's long-term suitability as a center remains unproven, it is his natural position. With two highly skilled wingers by his side, this combination holds significant promise.
