Formerly with the Boston Bruins, Nick Foligno of the Chicago Blackhawks recently engaged with the media and lightheartedly teased his ex-team.

Jokingly, Foligno emphasized that the transition from Boston to Chicago would not feel like a major change since both clubs had an equal number of playoff series victories last season.
»We (in Boston) won the same number of series as Chicago, won't feel like a change at all.»


Following the trade that saw Foligno and Taylor Hall join the Blackhawks on June 26th, the Buffalo native wasted no time in signing a lucrative one-year contract worth $4 million for the forthcoming 2023-24 season, dispelling speculations of his potential entry into the open market.
