Right now, everyone's talking about the future of the dynamic duo of longtime Bruins David Krejci and Patrice Bergeron, but not enough attention is being given to the incredible feat Krejci achieved in game seven.

After being absent from games 3, 4, and 5, Krejci returned for his 12th career game seven and, once more, delivered an outstanding performance. In just 19:32 of ice time, the 37-year-old chalked up 1 goal and 2 assists.

Coming Up Clutch

This accomplishment propelled Krejci past a record previously held by two NHL icons. According to NHL Public Relations:

* David Krejci (1-12) collected his 11th career assist in a Game 7 (1-1112). He passed Doug Gilmour (3-1013) and Jaromir Jagr (1-1011) for the most in NHL history.

In addition to that, the Bruins stalwart also tied with Doug Gilmour for second place in all-time points during a game seven. Justin Williams remains at the top with 15 points (7 goals and 8 assists).
