Multiple NHL players, including Matt Grzelcyk, Danton Heinen, Ryan Spooner, Brandon Carlo, and Pavel Zacha, recently initiated arbitration proceedings in Boston under the guidance of Don Sweeney.

To everyone's surprise, none of them progressed to the arbitration stage.
This trend seems likely to continue, as uncertainties arise regarding whether Frederic or Swayman will reach their arbitration hearings.
