Inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1994 as a Builder, his legacy as a cornerstone of the NHL endures.
Even after retirement, O'Neill remained committed to the sport, assisting the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund. The NHL family extends heartfelt condolences to his loved ones.
