Former Boston Bruins goaltender, Andrew Raycroft, demonstrated his support over the weekend by teaming up with the Blades and Operation Service. Their joint effort aimed to distribute Christmas trees to service members and their families as part of the 'Trees for Soldiers' initiative. Raycroft, an alum of the B's, lent a hand in bringing holiday cheer to those who serve, extending gratitude through this heartfelt gesture.

Initially selected by the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL) as the 135th overall pick in 1998, he secured the Calder Memorial Trophy in 2004 while with the team, earning recognition as the league's top rookie. Raycroft has showcased his skills across various teams, including the Toronto Maple Leafs, Colorado Avalanche, Vancouver Canucks and the Dallas Stars.
