The Bruins were listed today as one of the teams interested in San Jose Sharks forward Anthony Duclair. This is multiple times they have been linked to the 28-year-old forward. They will have some competition, however. The New York Rangers and the Vegas Golden Knights (two of the other best teams in the league) are also in on Duclair. Teams at the trade deadline are often looking to add some secondary scoring for a low return and Duclair would fit that mold perfectly.

Duclair has been bounced around the league since debuting with the Rangers back in the '14-15 season, playing for seven teams, some with second stints as well. His best year by far came in Florida in the '21-22 season when he posted 31 goals and 27 assists for 58 points in 74 games and had a +19 rating. This year, he plays on a dreadful San Jose Sharks team that just lost its 11th straight game and is the only team in the league to not reach double digit wins yet. The Sharks will definitely be sellers at the deadline, but who will they sell too? The Bruins are hoping they have a strong chance at landing Duclair to their mix.

The trade deadline is March 8th and as with every year, we can expect plenty of rumors and drama leading up to it as top teams in the league are so close in points and will be looking for any competitive advantage, they can gain heading into the back half of the season. Stay Tuned!
