In the first round of the playoffs against the Florida Panthers, David Pastrnak, who had an outstanding regular season, has been relatively quiet.

The Bruins' history-making 60-goal scorer and Hart Trophy contender has managed to net only 2 goals and has a -2 rating in the series so far.

Should We Be Worried?

Pastrnak has appeared a bit off his game, as he mentioned after game six, however, it hasn't yet become a major concern for the star forward.

''I could probably shoot the puck more. I got a couple of shots blocked and you start to look for other plays to see if somebody is open better. I'm definitely going with the shooting mindset moving forward.''

It's worth noting that Pastrnak has consistently faced double-coverage from Florida throughout the series.

It's possible that something is bothering the winger, or perhaps his confidence has taken a hit.

Regardless, Bruins' head coach Jim Montgomery remains confident that his top goal scorer will bounce back.

The 26-year-old Pastrnak isn't known for fading away during the playoffs. In fact, he's been highly productive, with a little more than a point per game: 32 goals and 44 assists in 76 games.
