A Natural Hat Trick with an unbelievable highlight reel goal to increase your team's lead in a blow out win. Kirill Marchenko achieves all three tonight for the Blue Jackets in their thumping of the Buffalo Sabres in what would become a 9-4 win.
Marchenko would show off his brilliant hands and quick shot accuracy on the power play with his between the legs shot in close on goalie Devon Levi for his first goal of the night.
Marchenko's 2nd and 3rd goal would come in rapid succession. In the second period his shot from the top of the left circle got past Levi and led to him being pulled from the game after allowing his 4th goal on 18 shots. Just 18 seconds later, Marchenko completed his natural hatty by bouncing a snapshot of backup goalie Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen's glove, leading to a night he will not soon forget with a natural Hat Trick and a goal to rival the legendary Michigan Goal from 1996.
