Lucic arrived in Boston, hit the ice for practice, and threw the first pitch at Fenway Park.
He expressed his feelings about coming back, saying, "To be honest, it just feels like I'm home again."
Back in 2015, Lucic was traded to the Kings, bringing goalie Martin Jones, defenseman Collin Miller, and a first-round pick to Boston.
During his time with the Kings, Lucic performed well, but his journey took him to the Oilers, and later, the Flames.
Lucic's official return to the Bruins is set for October 11 when they play the Chicago Blackhawks.
He expressed his excitement, saying, "It just feels right every time I wear this logo and support these colors."
