Terrifying scene involving Charlie McAvoy retreating to the locker room

In the game against the New Jersey Devils, yet another concerning scene involving Charlie McAvoy unfolds. While attempting to make a defensive play, he dives onto the ice to block a pass and collides with the Bruins' goaltender.
Charlie McAvoy slowly helped off the ice and to the room after this collision.
Bad moment for the Bruins as Charlie McAvoy crashes into Linus Ullmark speeding down to try and defend a Devils rush and looks like he injured his left leg. Can't put any weight on it as he gingerly skates off the ice after being down for a while
He had to withdraw to the locker room after the collision. This concerns Bruins fans as Charlie McAvoy has a significant history of injuries.
