Foligno has been out of action since February 28th due to a lower-body injury he sustained against the Calgary Flames during the Bruins' Western road swing.
The veteran humorously mentioned last week that he might have to "convince" the medical staff to grant him permission to return.
Speaking to the media after Saturday's practice at Warrior Ice Arena, Foligno revealed if his light-hearted intimidation tactics worked, teasing the possibility of being ready for the playoffs' first game.
The 34-year-old seems prepared to hit the ice, but it remains to be seen whether he'll be in the starting lineup for game one against the Florida Panthers on Monday.
Foligno has had an impressive bounce-back this season after scoring just 13 points in 64 games with Boston in 2021-22. This year, he's racked up 10 goals and 16 assists in 60 games.
