A Battle on Defense, Who Will Start Game 1?

The Bruins have an interesting situation on their hands as they enter the playoffs in a couple weeks.
Newly-acquired defenseman, Andrew Peeke, has been playing very well for the team which means they will likely have to put someone consistently in the stands.
If Peeke is in, that means that both Kevin Shattenkirk and Mason Lohrei are out just as they were last game against the Flyers.
Who dresses for Game 1? Roster battles continue.
It seems for the time being that the rest of the Bruins blueliners have cemented their spots but with still quite a few games to play, situations can always change and force Lohrei or Shattenkirk back into a full-time spot.
