Linus Ullmark has been traded to the Ottawa Senators, the return is not great for Boston.

Breaking! Per Elliotte Friedman and The Boston Bruins, Linus Ullmark has been traded to the Ottawa Senators, and the return for Boston is not good...

The #NHLBruins have acquired forward Mark Kastelic, goaltender Joonas Korpisalo, and a 2024 first-round draft pick (25th overall) from the Ottawa Senators in exchange for goaltender Linus Ullmark.

Most Fans knew this trade was imminent, but they expected to get a big player such as Jakob Chychrun. Instead, the return is a lot more disappointing. Fans have taken to X (formally Twitter) to voice their displeasure.

In some positivity, the Bruins were going to be without a 1st rounder this year, but now they will have a chance to get another David Pastrnak late in the 1st. Regardless, Ullmark will be missed in the Black and Gold.
