The Bruins have been dealing with a lot of injuries on their blueline recently, with Matt Grzelcyk and Hampus Lindholm out for the time being. Bruins management have decided to call Back up Mason Lohrei from Providence who has been playing exceptionally.
Lohrei has been logging significant ice time in his first two games back with the Bruins and has been playing extremely well defensively. Additionally, against the Oilers, he had 3 assists in the game proving he can play on both sides of the puck.
