Charlie McAvoy is being blamed for a hit to the head on Kampf

Leafs fans are upset with Bruins defenseman Charlie McAvoy once again claiming he purposely gave a hit to David Kampf's head during game 6.
McAvoy did make some contact with Kampf's head but was already engaged in the hit when Kampf decided to lunge for the puck, exposing his head.
Clear head contact, no penalty.
Clearly the refs agreed that this was not a penalty as there was no call on the ice and there has yet to be anything said by the NHLPA as well.
It seems as though Leafs fans have issues with Bruins' players following every game of the series including game 6.
