Done deal: Jeremy Swayman will be the highest paid goalie in the NHL

According to NHL Insider, Dan Rosen, if a deal gets done to keep Jeremy Swayman a member of the Boston Bruins, he will most likely be one of the highest paid goalies in the NHL.

Rosen states that at this point where the Bruins are with the lack of goalie depth by trading away Vezina Winning goalie, Linus Ullmark, Gm Don Sweeney and the Bruins need to just pay out Swayman regardless of the number. If not, the B's will be in big trouble in the netminder department this season.

The number that keep floating around through out all sources is that the deal will be around 7-8 years, $9Million AAV.
