Former Bruins Defenseman on Fire Lately

At the 2023 deadline, the Bruins acquired defenseman Dmitry Orlov and forward Garnet Hathaway from the Capitals which was a great payoff even if the post-season went poorly.

After the season, Orlov moved on to the Hurricanes where he has had a solid season this year with 24 points in 68 games with 102 hits.

The Hurricanes defenseman has been on fire lately with 2 goals and 6 assists in his last 3 games.

This is great timing from Orlov as we are only a couple weeks away from the playoffs.
