Jeremy Swayman has been having an incredible year for the Bruins. Even with the team struggling defensively, he has singlehandedly been stealing wins for them.

Swayman made his first All-Star Game apperance this year and has shown no sign of slowing down since the break.

Insider Elliotte Friedman announced today that the Bruins have already begun talking of an extension with their star goaltender.

Swayman has a 19-6-8 record this season with a .919 save percentage and is averaging 2.53 goals against. The Bruins' netminder is currently on a one-year deal but after the past season he has had, it is certain the Bruins will be locking him down for the next few years at least.
