Jim Montgomery provides important update on Jeremy Swayman: "no doubt he will be at Bruins training camp"

Boston Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery has finally addressed the Jeremy Swayman situation and has provided an extremely important update.
When Montgomery was asked about Swayman at this weekends fan fest in Lewiston, Maine, he stated that he has "no doubt" a deal will get done and he fully expects him to be at Bruins training camp in a few weeks.
«Him and I had a great conversation about leading, becoming a leader as part of the Bruins,» Montgomery said. «I don't have anything to do with the contract situation. That's not part of my job detail. My job is my connection with the players, and how we're going to be good this year. And I have no doubt Jeremy Swayman will be a Bruin at the start of camp, and we'll be ready to go.» - Montgomery
With Linus Ullmark out of the picture, Swayman has been given the full starting duties for the Bruins the upcoming season, the only thing that stands in the way of that is both sides agreeing to a contract, but there seems to be a ton of optimism that a deal will get done soon.
