Bruins forward Johnny Beecher was recently called back up to the team after being sent down to Providence in January.
Beecher addressed the media after morning skate and stated that he never wanted to be sent down after playing the first half of the season with the Bruins but some good came from it as he was able to get his confidence back.
Johnny Beecher on being back with the #NHLBruins: "Nobody wants to leave their teammates or the team they're with the whole first part of the year. But a lot of good can come out of it. I was able to go down [to Providence]...get back to my game and get some more confidence."
The 22 year-old has 7 points in 39 games this year with the Bruins and 8 in 17 games with Providence. He will be playing in his first game in the NHL since January tonight against the Canadiens.
