Major development regarding Draisaitl coming to Boston

Oilers star forward Leon Draisaitl has been surrounded by trade rumors since the off-season began since he will in be entering the last year of his contract next season.

According to a recent report, Draisaitl and his agent are now allowed to gin their negotiations with the Oilers. His agent seems to be confident that a deal will get done which means Bruins fans should not expect to see #29 in black and gold.

While there is always a chance that the Oilers season does not go as planned and that Draisaitl does not want to return but from the sound of things, he will be staying in Edmonton
