Bruins defenseman Charlie McAvoy has been great for the team in the playoffs but the puck does not seem to be bouncing in his favor as he has been held off the score sheet quite a bit.
Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery told reporters that it is unfortunate that it hasn't been going his way but he believes in McAvoy keeps playing well, things will start to go in his favor.
Montgomery on #NHLBruins McAvoy:
«The puck luck hasn't gone his way, he's had some bouncing pucks and usually they don't bounce in those situations. But sometimes it's just situational stuff where the puck isn't perfectly put on his stick to be able to do what he needs to do.»
Hopefully things will turn around for McAvoy since the Bruins need all the offensive help they can get as the last two games have been rough.
