Keefe stated that Marchand gets away with too many penalties such as taking out Bertuzzi's legs.
The Leafs head coach went on to add how Marchand's way of being able to draw penalties is an art form.
Even though Keefe believes that the Bruins have the upper hand when it comes to drawing penalties because of Marchand, the numbers tell a different story. So far in the series, the Leafs have been awarded five power plays in which they have scored on none of them while the Bruins have only gotten three power plays, going 2 for 3 on them.
The problem for the Leafs is not the lack of power plays but the fact that they cannot capitalize on them.
