Veteran Bruin will possibly be scratched tonight

At Bruins practice yesterday, veteran forward James van Riemsdyk was put as the extra forward not playing on any line which has many believing he will be scratched.

JVR has missed the last few games due to an illness but at practice yesterday he was the extra forward which looks like he will not be in the lineup against the Panthers.

It seems like due to missing time from an illness the team's management finds the forwards have been doing better without him there.

Van Riemsdyk has 38 points in 65 games this season with the Bruins.
