In Zacha's 2 seasons with the Boston bruins since being traded from the New Jersey Devils, he has been a utility player of sports, swapping time between playing center and wing when the team needs. Zacha has also found himself getting time on both the powerplay and penalty which has given the Bruins a vast amount of options that is not easy to find in today's NHL.
It also helps greatly that the chemistry between the 2 Czech natives, Zacha and David Pastrnak is unmatched as he has played the majority of his ice time with the superstar.
With all the lack of talent at the center position, especially without Patrice Bergeron
and David Krejci, the versatility he offers is quit but makes a major impact on their success of the Bruins.
