Tij Iginla was drafted 6rth overall in this year 2024 NHL Entry Draft, but new reports have released that he wished the Calgary Flames would have taken him so he could follow in the footsteps of his Hall-of -Famer father, Jerome Iginla.
One fan had a run in with the new shiny draft pick and some comments were made that make many believe he wasn't thrilled about being selected by Utah.

Last season for the Kelowna Rockets, Iginla had a breakout year, he scored 47 goals and 37 assists in 64 games, with an outstanding +/- of +17. Many hoped that he would be drafted by the flames but it just wasn't meant to be.
Has the whole situation been blown out of proportion or do you think we will see another Eric Lindros situation with the Tig?
