Massive scrum in the Bruins vs Panthers game
In tonight's huge game between the Boston Bruins and Florida Panthers, there was a massive scrum.
In the 2nd period, while the Panthers were leading the Bruins 2-1 there was a huge fight. The fight occurred between Florida Panthers' forward Sam Bennett and Bruins' defenseman Hampus Lindholdm.
The fight occurred in front the of the Bruins net as you see in the video, that Bennet and Lindholm go at it, both throwing punches until both players hit the ice.
Now, this fight isn't entirely surprising, since these two teams have been division rivals for 10 years now and are fighting to win the same division for this season.
Additionally, these two teams met in the 1st round of the playoffs last year, so there may be frustration boiling over from last spring. After seeing fights like these, it makes you hope that we see them meet in the playoffs once again this year!
