London Police Chief Thai Truong extends his "sincerest" apology to the victim of the alleged sexual assault committed by members of the 2018 Canadian world junior team and her family "for the amount of time that it has taken to reach this point."
Chief Thai Truong of the London Police has declared that each of the five individuals is subject to at least one accusation, with Michael McLoad being subject to two charges.
Additionally, Chief Truong extended an apology from the London Police Service to the victim and their family for the prolonged duration of the case's development, noting the victim's complete cooperation with the investigation.
