During last night's broadcast, former NHL defenseman PK Subban made a questionable comment which has fans quite upset online.
There was a clip that had Jack Eichel cutting his stick with a saw which was followed by Subban making an inappropriate joke.
After a segment showing Jack Eichel cutting his stick with a saw, ESPN's studio show saw P.K. Subban say "I'm not a carpenter, but I do carry around a hammer," Steve Levy say "Yes, you do! So I've heard," and Mark Messier just look into the camera.
The joke has caused a lot of backlash online as fans believe Subban's joke was very inappropriate.
Clearly Subban's comment was not well received and ESPN will likely have to take action regarding the situation, as of this afternoon, they have yet to comment on the situation.
