Former Red Wings legend Pavel Datsyuk has bee selected to be part of the 2024 Hockey Hall of Fame induction.
Since reports have been announced celebrating Datsyuk for his career achievements, there has been a ton of backlash as well.
Fans believe Datsyuk should not be celebrated for his achievements after a video has been making its rounds online showing him at a ceremony honoring Russians soldiers that are currently fighting in the Ukraine.
People believe that Datsyuk should publicly denounce the war and state his opinion on it before any decisions regarding the Hall of Fame are made.
