Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau's sister calls off her wedding the day after tragic deaths

The hockey world was turned upside down two days ago when news broke that superstar Johnny Gaudreau and his brother were killed.
The two were in New Jersey for their sister's wedding that was set to take place on Friday but it was called off following their tragic deaths the night before.

The family also released a heartbreaking statement regarding their passing, thanking everyone for their kind messages but asked for privacy in these beyond difficult times.
Last night, we lost two husbands, two fathers, two sons, two brothers, two sons-in-law, two uncles, two cousins, two family members, two teammates, two friends, but above all, two extraordinary human beings.
We want everyone to know that we receive your messages of love and support and that we appreciate your thoughts and prayers. We ask that you continue to respect our privacy during this very difficult period of mourning. From all of our families and from the bottom of our hearts (the Gaudreau, Morris, Korbitz, Venello, and Joyce families).
