Radko Gudas, a defenseman for the Florida Panthers, has been dealing with a persistent leg injury that originated in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final, possibly linked to an earlier incident in the playoffs.

Throughout the series, Gudas has experienced intermittent presence on the Florida bench, including an early departure from warm-ups before Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final. Unfortunately, his situation worsened when Ivan Barbashev from the Vegas Golden Knights delivered a forceful hit to Gudas.

A video clip captures the impact, causing Gudas' head to snap back, with Barbashev unintentionally ending up on top of him in the aftermath.

Following the hit, Gudas exhibited a slow recovery and promptly headed towards the tunnel after regaining his balance.

Presently, Gudas has not returned to the Florida bench, indicating a high likelihood of undergoing concussion protocol assessment to ensure his well-being.
