Trade rumors have swirled around Boston Bruins' goaltending tandem of Linus Ullmark and Jeremy Swayman since their elimination from the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

The Bruins boasted the league's best defense, allowing a mere 177 goals and outperforming the second-ranked Carolina Hurricanes by an impressive 36-goal margin.

Ullmark and Swayman formed an exceptional duo, with Ullmark posting a remarkable 40-6-1 record and a Vezina Trophy finalist nomination, while Swayman notched a solid 24-6-4 record. However, the Bruins face salary cap constraints with pending free agents and limited cap space of around $5.2 million.

As a result, trade speculation has centered around Ullmark, who may fetch a higher return due to his value
