After lots of trades yesterday we can safely eliminate the New Jersey Devils and L.A. Kings as potential trade partners when it comes to the 30 year old goaltender.
Yesterday, we witnessed two major trades involving both the L.A. Kings and the New Jersey Devils. The Devils stengthened their defensive depth by acquiring goaltender Jacob Markstrom and the Kings did the same by receiving Darcy Kuemper.
With Jeremy Swayman set to take over the net for the Boston Bruins, they will have to do something with Linus Ullmark, and all signs are pointing to him being traded during the off-season.
Jeremy Swayman is heavily supsected to take over in net for the Boston Bruins which will force them to take action concerning Linus Ullmark's fate in Boston. All evidence points to him being involved in a trade during the off-season.
According to the Ottawa Citizen's Bruce Garrioch a front runner has been established with the Ottawa Senators. They are seriously interested in acquiring Ullmark following a very disappointing season from Joonas Korpisalo.

With a lot of interest in Ullmark and 1 year left on his contract, it seems more and more likely that a trade will be finalized sooner rather than later.
