The Boston Bruins have officially recalled AHL Providence player Johnny Beecher.
After consistently performing for Providence, the team has widely recognized his value causing this transaction to take place.
Per AHL transactions, Johnny Beecher recalled by Boston from Providence. Played one of his better games yesterday.
Johnny Beecher has 17 games played with Providence this season, where he accumulated 4 goals and 4 assists for 8 total points.
After being sent to the AHL, questions about Beecher's future were being asked for a while, and fans have finally been given an answer. After recalling Beecher due to his recent step up in his team performance, the timing seemed right to announce this deal as he played fantastically the last time he appeared on the ice.
The Big Ten All-Freshman Team of 2020 player seems to have a brighter future than originally thought.
