Boston wrapped up the regular season with a stunning 8-game winning streak, largely due to the exceptional performance of a particular player who received accolades from the NHLPA.

David Pastrnak concluded the 2022-23 season with a remarkable 10-game point streak, accumulating 12 goals and 6 assists.

One key element to his success was head coach Jim Montgomery's ability to quickly find chemistry between Pasta and Tyler Bertuzzi.

Heating Up Just in Time

As a result, the NHLPA awarded him the title of 'Player of the Week':

With 9 points in four games, @pastrnak96 led the league in scoring this week, while he also surpassed the 60-goal mark and helped the @NHLBruins set new NHL records in points and wins to earn the title of NHLPA Player of the Week.

What makes Pasta's achievements even more outstanding is that he managed to post these impressive stats while playing alongside teammates like David Krejci, Patrice Bergeron, and Brad Marchand for several games during the final stretch.
