Charlie Coyle Discusses the Distinctive Qualities of David Pastrnak
David Pastrnak stands out as a unique NHL player both on and off the ice, and Charlie Coyle recently revealed what makes him so exceptional.
Coyle, a fellow Bruins forward, connected with Jackie Redmond, E.J. Hradek, and former enforcer Mike Rupp on The NHL Network to talk about the qualities that have shaped the one and only "Pasta."
Embracing the "Pastrnak Persona"
Pastrnak injects a refreshing blend of energy, humility, and humor into a league that may lack the promotional prowess of other professional sports organizations. One standout aspect that differentiates Pasta from his colleagues is his flair for fashion, which Coyle admits isn't for everyone, including himself.
He delivers on the ice, too. Pastrnak achieved career bests across the board, coming in second with 61 goals (only three behind Connor McDavid), 24th in assists with 52, and tying with Nikita Kucherov for third in points at 113. The 26-year-old played in all 82 games for the Bruins for the second time in his nine-year career.
