Linus Ullmark Has Some Concerns Before Game One
As the postseason approaches, it seems that Linus Ullmark is in top shape and all set to take the ice. The Bruins goaltender, however, expressed one concern leading up to game one.
A Common Worry
"I'm doing great. Thanks for asking," Ullmark told reporters on Sunday.
Despite fully participating in both weekend practices and seemingly being the starter for game one against the Florida Panthers, Ullmark admitted to having some pre-playoff jitters. And it's something that might resonate with Bruins fans:
"I think the most concerning part is about how to get to the Garden tomorrow with the Boston Marathon going on. But other than that, it's very exciting. It always is and will always be."
Monday is bound to be a busy day in the city, as the 127th Boston Marathon coincides with the Bruins' big game. Former Bruins' captain Zdeno Chara and several players' significant others will be running in the iconic race.
