David Pastrnak's kept his remarkable season going by scoring his career-best 49th goal on Thursday. Now, he has the opportunity to become part of Bruins' history today.

As per NHL Public Relations:
David Pastrnak (49-46—95 in 71 GP) can become the sixth player in franchise history to record 50-goals in a single season, the others: Phil Esposito (5x), Cam Neely (3x), Ken Hodge (1973-74), Rick Middleton (1981-82) and Johnny Bucyk (1970-71).
Pastrnak has also matched his career-best of 95 points this season, a record he initially established in the shortened 2019-20 season due to the pandemic.
And There's Even More!
Entering today's game against the Division adversary Lightning, Pastrnak stands at 599 career points. He has the opportunity to become the third quickest Bruin to reach 600 points, following Orr and Bourque..
David Pastrnak (289-310—599 in 581 GP) can reach the 600-point mark and require the third-fewest games to do so among skaters who debuted with the Bruins behind only Bobby Orr (461 GP) and Ray Bourque (569 GP).
At 26, Pastrnak aims to be the second player to achieve 50 goals this season, with Connor McDavid leading the group at 60.
Essentially, a goal from Pastrnak this afternoon would be significant for multiple reasons!
