Bruins Making Roster Transaction After Thrilling Victory

The Bruins won a huge game against the mighty Edmonton Oilers 6-5 in overtime on Wednesday night. It did not come without drama however as they did give up a 4-1 lead and had to win the game in overtime.
After the game it is being said that the Bruins are recalling another defenseman from Providence. Ian Mitchell is being recalled by the big club. Mitchell will get another stint with the Bruins, after having played 6 games this season with 2 assists and a plus 6 rating.
Mitchell has been playing well in Providence and the Bruins are hoping it translates to the NHL level. This move could because they are weighing all options after Hampus Lindholm went down with injury. Mason Lohrei got called up for the Oilers game as well.
The Bruins could be in the hunt for a major trade for Noah Hanifin and they need to assess all their players now before the deadline.
