Bruins rivals might be in trouble for breaking NHL rules

A few years ago, the Coyotes were stripped of a 1st and 2nd round pick for tampering after they invited draft prospect to meet with the team prior to the draft.
It looks like the Leafs did the same and it may end up costing them picks in the upcoming drafts.
According to insider, Peter Baracchini, what the Leafs did is allowed because they only invited the players after the combine.
For those wondering if the #LeafsForever are breaking the rules. This is allowed as this is AFTER the NHL Combine. All teams can do this and it's different to what happened with Arizona. They did it BEFORE the actual event.
