Bruins seem to have no interest in trading for Laine

Blue Jackets forward Patrik Laine has made it clear he would like to have a fresh start in a new city next season which has caused many trade rumors to begin.
While some fans were hoping the Bruins would look into trading for the former 2nd overall pick it looks like it is unlikely unless the Blue Jackets are willing to retain at least 25% of his salary.
Laine has had a lot of injury trouble throughout his career on top of issues of inconsistent production which makes him a risk for the Bruins.
Laine has a lot of talent. But with his multiple issues (consistency, injury history) not sure any «playoff team» should accept a deal for him unless CBJ retains at least 25% of his salary
In the right situation, Laine might be the perfect addition for the Bruins but it will have to be the right situation if they are willing to take the risk.
