The Bruins lost Quinn Olson last year as he was not offered a contract following the end of his college career.

Olson was drafted 92nd overall by the Bruins at the 2019 NHL draft straight out of the Alberta Junior Hockey League. He then went onto play 4 year for the University of Minnesota in the NCAA.

The Bruins decided not to sign Olson which is why he took on an PTO with the LA Kings farm team the Ontario Reign in which he played 1 game in the AHL and 6 in the ECHL.

The Reign announced that they have officially signed Olson for the upcoming season.
