Charlie McAvoy issues emotional goodbye to teammates

Boston Bruins D, Charlie McAvoy has issued an emotional goodbye on social media to his former teammates that have signed with other organizations.
When long time teammates and friends Matt Grzelcyk and Jake DeBrusk singed with new teams, he took to Instagram to send them an emotional farewell and good luck with the next chapter of their careers.
«My day one's right here,» McAvoy wrote. «From 2017 to now, I can't believe how fast time flies. Never took for granted getting the chance to play with two of my best friends,» the post read.
«This game brings so many people into your life and although that may not last forever, the friendships always do. Grateful for all the memories that will last a lifetime. McAvoy and Grzelcyk's friendship stems deeper than their time with the Bruins, the pair played with one another at Boston University.
DeBrusk signed a 7-year, $5.5 million deal with the Canucks and Grzelcyk signed a 1-year, $2.75 million deal with the Penguins.
