Geekie Shares Emotions on Career Night

The Bruins took on the Golden Knights last night in a hard fought win 6-5 in which they almost blew two separate two goal leads. Out of 6 goals scored for the Bruins, Morgan Geekie had 3 of them resulting in his first career hat trick.
Geekie responded to reporters on his career night after the game stating that it is something that you always hope will happen but never put too much weight on it. He continued that it is a night he will never forget.
"It's something I'll never forget...it's one of those things you always hope will happen but not something you ever put weight on... it's not something that happens everyday so...I'm definitely going to cherish it for sure."
Geekie has been playing very well this season on the Bruins third line with 30 points in 55 games with a 7 +/- rating, he is on pace to put up 41 points which would be his best season yet.
