Hated Bruins defenseman receives goodbye message from the organization

Bruins defenseman Matt Grzelcyk decided to sign with the Penguins during free agency departing from Boston after spending his entire career there.
Grzelcyk spent his entire NHL career with the Bruins but after seeing his role diminished this season, he chose to sign with the Penguins. The Bruins organization released a message on social media yesterday thanking Grzelcyk for his time in Boston.

While Grzelcyk had a rough few years, he was a big part of the lineup for many years with the Bruins and was a great D partner for Charlie McAvoy.
