Jim Montgomery speaks on Brad Marchand's leadership

Following the Bruins game 3 victory, head coach Jim Montgomery spoke to the media about captain Brad Marchand's incredible game and leadership.
Montgomery said that just the from his captain and team's attitude at morning skate, the Bruins head coach knew his players would show up ready to play for game 3.
Coach Montgomery on Brad Marchand's leadership on Wednesday: "Morning skate, I saw the way we were, I saw the way our Captain was...I knew we were coming to play...he started barking before the first drill...I go, 'it's three minutes early.' He goes, 'LET'S GO!' I loved it."
Marchand is a great leader not just because he has high expectations from his teammates but because he leads by example and holds himself to the same high standard.
The Bruins captain ended up having a incredible night with 2 goals and 1 assist as he continues his playoffs points streak which now sits at 3 games.
