It is no secret to Bruins fans that Jake DeBrusk has been struggling this season with 27 points in 55 games, projections have him finishing the season with 39 points in 80 games.

Louie DeBrusk, Jake's father and longtime NHLer turned hockey reporter had a chat with his son during warmups. He brought up a ticket that Jake gave him when he was a kid that said if he doesn't score a goal or assist, he would have to do 30 push-ups.

Jake decided to break his scoreless streak with exactly a goal and assist in win against the Oilers in overtime.

Hopefully DeBrusk will be able to build off of this and turn things around in this second half of the season.
