McAvoy seems thrilled to get to play with Zadorov

The Bruins had an extremely busy off-season in which they signed 6'6 defenseman Nikita Zadorov to a 6 year contract.
Everyone in Boston seems excited about this signing but apparently no one is happier than Charlie McAvoy to see Zadorov with the Bruins.
McAvoy told reporters he is thrilled to have Zadorov in Boston and has been noticing him for years while adding that he believes the 6'6 defenseman reeally makes the Bruins D core whole.
"A lot of fun. I really enjoyed watching him from afar, and the player that he is, and the career that he's had, and I mean, I'm thrilled with the opportunity to have him here, and he makes our D core really, really whole. We've got a little bit of everything, and I'm just really happy that he's here, and if I get the chance to play with him, I think we'll hit it off. I think we'll be really good together."
The Bruins had been missing a massive and tough defenseman since Chara left which is why Zadorov might be able to fill out those shoes a little bit even though they do not necessarily have the same style of play.
